What services do you offer?

How do I get started with Virtual Rae?
You can sign up for a free consultation by filling out the consultation form on the website. After that, we’ll discuss your needs, and I’ll recommend a plan that works best for your business.
What are your rates?
My rates are as follows:
- Hourly Plan: $30/hour
- Standard Plan: $250/month for 10 hours
- Advanced Plan: $500/month for 20 hours
- Deluxe Plan: $750/month for 40 hours
Do you offer a free trial?
While I don’t offer a free trial, I do provide a free consultation to discuss your needs and determine how I can assist your business.
What happens if I need more hours than my plan?
If you require more hours than your plan allows, I can adjust your plan or bill you for the additional hours on an hourly basis.
How do you track the hours worked?
I use a time tracking tool (e.g., Toggl) to log all hours worked. You’ll receive detailed reports with your invoice so you can track the time spent on your tasks.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Clients can cancel at any time with a 14-day notice. However, refunds are not provided for services already completed.
