By using the services of Virtual Rae, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Services Provided
Virtual Rae offers virtual assistant services, which may include administrative support, project management, data entry, document preparation, customer service, and other related services. Specific services are outlined in your service plan.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due according to the chosen payment plan (Hourly, Standard, or Advanced). Payments are made via Paypal. Invoices will be issued on the 1st of each month and must be paid within 5 days. Any late payments may incur a 10% late fee.
Confidentiality
All information shared with Virtual Rae is confidential. Virtual Rae will not disclose any sensitive business information to third parties unless required by law or with prior consent from the client.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clients can cancel the contract at any time, with a 14-day notice. Refunds are not available for services rendered, but any unused hours from prepaid packages will be refunded within the allowed timeframe.
Liability
Virtual Rae is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of services. We will provide services to the best of our ability, but we are not liable for any third-party issues, business outcomes, or unforeseen delays.
Amendments
Virtual Rae reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
